How much is shipping?

We charge a nominal shipping fee of R100 on all orders.

How long will my order take?

All taps are kept in stock (where possible) in our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa. We are therefore able to deliver kitchen taps within 2-4 business days.

 

 

 

 

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch we will send you shipping reference which will include a tracking number and a tracking link. Enter the tracking number into the tracking box on the couriers website and you will see your items progress.

What do I do if I don't receive my item?

If you haven't received your item please make us aware by contacting us via e-mail or whatsapp. We will then follow up with the courier to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order prior to dispatch. After dispatch your order can be returned within 14 days but won't qualify for cancellation.

How Long till my order is dispatched?

Between payment processing and packaging, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.
